Hello, you can use ESP32 board connected to your load cell sensors, measuring weights and then weights are sent over Bluetooth or WiFi to a mobile app where you will be monitoring all the weights read in real time check me on chat, i have done one before, app reading weight sensors from 4 different units, over WiFi
