On-Site Pharma Coater E&I Engineer

Project Location : Hyderabad. I am halfway through installing a pharmaceutical coating machine and need an electrical & instrumentation specialist to finish the job on-site. Most of the panels are mounted and a portion of the I/O has been verified, but the remaining field wiring still has to be pulled in, dressed, and terminated, and we are already seeing a few intermittent faults that will require systematic troubleshooting to keep the schedule intact. What the next engineer takes over: • Complete the wiring and electrical installation for drives, motors, sensors, safety interlocks, and the HMI cabinet. • Methodically trace and resolve any alarms, earthing issues, or signal noise that surface during the upcoming dry-run . The project is at the “midway with some testing done” stage, so you will be stepping into a live, partially energised environment and working side-by-side with our mechanical team and validation lead. Solid pharmaceutical-plant experience is therefore essential—you should already know the GMP mindset, the documentation discipline, and the cleanliness rules that come with working around coating suites. A formal electrical degree or instrumentation licence is welcome, but proven pharma floor time is the real key.
