Special display circuit

Job Description:

I need to create circuit that will contain -

1) SD Card

2) 7 vga outputs or any other relevant outputs to screens

3) Internal real time clock

I need the ability to connect this circuit to computer, and download it "schedule" file. This schedule file will tell the circuit which picture to display on each output on every second of 24 hours period.

For example

on 12:00:00 output 1 - [url removed, login to view], output 2 - 2.jpg.... output 7 - [url removed, login to view]

on 12:00:01 output 1 - [url removed, login to view], output 2 - 3.jpg.... output 7 - [url removed, login to view]

When this output file downloaded to the card, the card will start work - and display the right images on the right outputs.

The card will have the abiltity to be connected to up to 8 other cards. Each card will be configured seperatly using the download producre, but always there will be master card that will tell the others what is the current time, and when to switch to the next images.

I need bid to design the card and 6 working proto-types

Also I need you to write in your bid what will be the price for each circuit.
