Hi, I'd propose a cheap microcontroller with sutable power elements to get your valve triggered. All functioality implemented in firmware. I use Altium for most PCB projects or if it really needs to be open source CAD, then KiCAD. My two cents. Regards, Brian GPG, LLC by day
