I am not from UK and sometimes its quite difficult to connect the right person from right location. I wish you all the best for finding the person at your locality. I am still offering my proposal here because just in case if you don't find then we can have a discussion in this regard. The job looks like a pretty simple one and literally I can assist you in all aspects except field testing on actual implementation. However, basic testing I can do at my side, in fact I designed products and developed firmwares for number of remote monitoring devices and worked on almost all type of sensors so far. I provide quality, simplicity and cost effective solutions for such scenarios. major portion of my designed products are installed in UK and I provide small volume prototyping service as well.
