We have developed an IoT device built around an embedded computer and sensor system, designed to control and monitor environmental conditions within a room. The full electronic design is complete. We are now looking for a skilled assembler to produce fully built and tested units based on our existing BOM and enclosure design. Clear step-by-step assembly instructions are provided in both video and PDF format. Scope of work • Final integration of all components into the custom enclosure, including connectors and cable routing • Power-on testing and verification that the control system GPIOs operate as intended Deliverables • Fully assembled, tested, and shipment-ready devices • A short assembly log for each unit, including any adjustments or rework • Photo documentation for each device (top, bottom, and enclosure fit) This is intended to be a long-term collaboration. Components can be shipped directly to you or drop-shipped from our suppliers, depending on what best suits your workflow. No specialized tools are required. It is an advantage if you have an electrician certification, as there may be additional assembly work related to power unit components. This can be discussed further.

Good day I am a hardware and firmware developer based in Cape town, I have developed numerous PCBs as can be seen in my profile and I do all of the physical prototype assembly myself to ascertain if DFA goals has been achieved, I will be able to assemble your device and make suggestions as to which sequence and or methods would result in the most efficient assembly. I will also perform first power on test to ensure all power lines and/or communication lines are functioning as expected and possibly develop an automated test jig to verify system functionality, feel free to message me to discuss your requirements in more detail
