URGENT: WPForms + Stripe Form Failure — Stripe Charges but No Entry Saved (WordPress on Hostinger) We are the Volkswagen Enthusiasts of Colorado (VWEC), preparing for our large annual car show Volkswagens on the Green. Event page: [login to view URL] Our website is built on: - WordPress (Hostinger) - Elementor (most pages built with Elementor) - WPForms Pro - Stripe (Live Mode) - Multi‑page forms with conditional logic We are experiencing a critical production failure on our Show Vehicle Registration Form: THE ISSUE: - Stripe successfully charges the card - WPForms does NOT create an entry - No confirmation message - Form stays stuck on the final page - No errors shown This is a severe WPForms + Stripe submission failure, likely involving corrupted fields or broken post‑payment processing. We need someone who understands how WPForms behaves inside Elementor‑built pages. FORM EMBEDDING & NAVIGATION STRUCTURE: The Show Vehicle Registration workflow follows this path: 1. Main Event Page ([login to view URL]) 2. Show Vehicle Information Page (explains classes, rules, and links to registration) 3. Registration Page (this is where the WPForms Show Vehicle Registration form is embedded using the WPForms widget inside Elementor) Users navigate from the main event page → show vehicle info page → registration page, where the form is displayed and submitted. Any fix must preserve: - Elementor layout on all three pages - Navigation flow between them - The WPForms embed on the registration page - Smooth user flow from event info → registration → payment We also maintain: - The original live form (currently failing) - A duplicate troubleshooting copy (used for testing and isolating corruption) TIMELINE: We are 3 weeks from the event and only ~2 weeks from closing online registration so we can prepare and mail registration packets. We need this fixed immediately. WE NEED A DEVELOPER WHO CAN: - Diagnose WPForms submission failures - Fix corrupted fields, conditional logic, or Stripe field issues - Repair the WPForms + Stripe integration - Ensure entries save correctly after payment - Ensure confirmation emails fire - Test thoroughly in both Live and Test modes - Work safely within an Elementor‑based site - Deliver a stable, production‑ready form ASAP TIME‑ZONE REQUIREMENT: We prefer someone who is: - Within a couple of time zones of Denver (Mountain Time) OR - Works a schedule that overlaps well with Mountain Time hours (Not necessarily 9–5, but we need real‑time communication during troubleshooting.) ADDITIONAL PROJECT DETAILS: We currently have two versions of the form: 1. The original live form 2. A duplicate troubleshooting copy The hired developer can compare both versions to identify corrupted fields or logic. ACCESS: A temporary WordPress admin login will be provided immediately after the project is awarded. Hostinger access can be provided if needed. Credentials are not provided before awarding the project for security reasons. PROJECT TIMING / AWARDING: This job will be posted tonight, but I will not be able to award the project until approximately 8:00 AM Mountain Time. Once awarded, I will immediately provide a temporary WordPress admin login so work can begin right away. TECHNICAL NOTES FOR DEVELOPERS: Environment: - WordPress on Hostinger - Elementor - WPForms Pro - Stripe (Live Mode) - Multi‑page form with conditional logic Failure Behavior: - Stripe charges successfully - WPForms does not save entry - No confirmation - Stuck on Page 3 - No errors displayed Troubleshooting Already Performed: - Required fields disabled → no change - Incognito testing → no change - Replaced Single Item field → no change - Strongly suggests corrupted Stripe Credit Card field or post‑payment failure TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE: - Experience with WPForms + Stripe - Experience with Elementor - Examples of similar fixes - Availability for immediate work - Confirmation of Mountain Time overlap This is a mission‑critical fix for our event, and we will hire quickly.
