We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent. No phone required! Just answering emails and replying to web chats only.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, primarily via writing. Phone is not required at this time. The main task is to respond to customers via email and web chat on a daily basis . We are looking for an outstanding employee who will be one of our main contacts for customers, building long-term relationships with return customers. This is a small team and you would become an integral member. We will provide you with plenty of guidance and training to help you succeed.
