Need someone to help me sell a mailing list or someone who can buy it

We have opt-in mailing list of our e-commerce website which contains about 120,000 email addresses. We shut down our website, and we want to sell the mailing list. Email list contains emails of customers who are interested in t-shirts and all kind of these things. Customers gave us the right to transfer their emails when they subscribed. I am not specialized of email marketing, so I ask for someone who can buy all or part of it, or help me sell all or part of it. The one who help me sell will have a percent of the price, who will sell on, which we will discuss later.

Please, write in your proposal whether you will buy the list or you will help me selling it, the price, and all your questions.
