We're a B2B consulting company launching cold outreach to owner-operated service businesses. We need an experienced cold email specialist to build our sending infrastructure correctly from scratch and hand it off ready to run. This is a one-time setup project, not an ongoing management role — though it may lead to occasional retainer work if the build performs. You own the technical foundation. A separate person will run day-to-day once you've built it, so your job is to make it bulletproof and documented. Scope of work: Recommend and register sending domains (secondary/lookalike domains — not our primary domain). Set up mailboxes across those domains with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. Configure and run domain/mailbox warmup to sending-ready status. Set up our [login to view URL] account: sending accounts connected, rotation configured, sending limits and schedules set safely. Build the initial cold email sequence(s) in Instantly — we'll provide draft copy and offer details; you refine for deliverability and structure. Establish our list verification process (tool and workflow) so bounce rates stay safe. Deliver a short written handoff doc: what was built, daily sending limits, what the day-to-day operator should monitor, and what "healthy" looks like vs. warning signs. What we're looking for: Demonstrable cold email experience — you've personally built and warmed sending infrastructure, not just written copy or clicked around a tool. Fluency with the current Google/Microsoft bulk-sender rules and how to stay compliant. Experience with [login to view URL] specifically (or a very close equivalent you can adapt). Clear communicator who documents their work so a non-expert can run it after. To apply — read this or you'll be archived: In your first two lines, answer these: Walk me through your exact process for taking a brand-new sending setup from zero to safely sending real volume. Be specific about steps and timeline. Generic proposals that ignore these questions get deleted. I'm specifically screening for people who understand deliverability, not subject-line tricks. Logistics: Fixed-price project. Propose your price and timeline to sending-ready. Provide 1–2 examples of infrastructure you've built or campaigns you've run (redact client names as needed).

Hi, I've built cold email infrastructure for B2B outbound campaigns, including domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, mailbox warm-up, Instantly configuration, and deliverability monitoring before campaigns go live. I can take your setup from a fresh domain to a sending-ready infrastructure, document the process, and provide best practices for daily sending, inbox health, and list verification. I also have hands-on experience building complete outbound systems, so the setup is designed for long-term performance rather than just getting emails sent. I've attached relevant case studies and would be happy to discuss the timeline and implementation approach. Thanks, Hamza

Hey there, My process starts by registering dedicated sending domains, creating mailboxes, and configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly. I then connect everything to Instantly, start mailbox warmup, verify lead lists, set safe sending limits, and gradually scale volume only after the domains show healthy deliverability. Typical sending-ready time is 2–3 weeks, with the technical setup completed within the first couple of days. I've built cold email infrastructure using Instantly, handled mailbox warmups, email verification workflows, sending rotation, and deliverability best practices for B2B outreach campaigns. I also document every step, so your team can confidently manage the system after handoff. You'll receive a clean, well-structured setup, a documented workflow, recommended sending limits, and clear guidance on what to monitor to keep inbox placement healthy. If you're looking for someone who understands deliverability before volume, I'd be glad to build this for you. Best Regards, Abdullah Sajid.

IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED, YOU DON'T PAY I'd love to help with your cold email infrastructure setup. I've built similar systems from the ground up, ensuring they're robust and ready for daily operations. Can you share what specific metrics you're hoping to monitor post-launch? Also, how do you envision the handoff process with the day-to-day operator? I'm happy to offer a free consultation to discuss the project in detail and recommend the best approach, with no obligation. Regards, JohanEngelb

New to this platform but have 9+ years of experience in cold email marketing. Zero to sending-ready is 2-3 weeks, and most of that is warm-up you can't compress. Also, I will get you both Google Workspace or Microsoft accounts at 70% discounted rates. Days 1-3: register secondary lookalike domains, configure SPF (-all), DKIM and DMARC, and verify authentication. Then 2-3 per domain max and connected to Instantly with a custom tracking domain per domain, not the shared default that's used by thousands of senders and routinely blacklisted. Days 3-17: warm-up, minimum 15 days. Meanwhile I build the sequences, set rotation and throttling, and establish the verification workflow with a hard rule: projected bounce under 1%. Before real volume, seed testing across Gmail and Outlook to confirm actual placement. Steady state, 20-30 per inbox per day. Examples: 100K sent, 67.7% open, 8% reply. Plus burned-domain recovery, 19% to 98%+ placement in 3 weeks. Two questions: Microsoft 365 native or connected to Instantly, and what daily volume are you targeting? Both change how many domains and mailboxes I would recommend. Zeeshan

Hey hey! I'm Dave, I used to be a sales associate at a pharmacy for a year, then I also became a battery technician at a shop here for three years. Maybe these kinds of jobs are not my thing because I really wanted to be a VA before. Because it is also related to my course in computer science. Maybe that is where I can help you as a student in the computer science course. Not only there but also in Email Marketing, Social Media Manager, Administrative Support, and Personal Virtual Assistant. I am resourceful, work quickly, have strong attention to detail skills, and I'm a great team player who supports my client to achieve his/her goal. And I believe my ability to collaborate well with other people separates me from other VAs. I also have a keen interest in self-development, and I want to build a long-term career with your organization.
