Creative Introduction Email Design

I want a single, visually engaging email that warmly introduces my organisation to our existing leads. The focus is on introduction rather than a hard sell, so the copy should quickly establish who we are, showcase our flagship products and highlight the calibre of clients we already serve. Key content elements • Clickable product images (I will supply the product shots; you arrange them so each image links to its dedicated landing page). • A creatively organised list of our major clients that makes our track-record unmistakable at a glance. • Concise, friendly copy that sets expectations for future interactions and invites readers to learn more without feeling pushed. Design & technical notes • Clean, responsive HTML that renders correctly in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and mobile clients. • Inline CSS and table-based layout that follow email-coding best practices. • All images hosted externally and referenced with absolute URLs; use ALT text for accessibility. • Final delivery as a standalone .html file plus any supporting assets. Acceptance criteria 1. The email passes Litmus or Email on Acid previews with no critical issues. 2. All product images are clickable and route to the URLs I provide. 3. Client list section is visually distinct yet brand-consistent. 4. Total email weight (HTML + images) stays within standard deliverability guidelines. Brand guidelines (logo, colour palette, fonts) and product/client assets will be shared as soon as the project begins. Once the final HTML is approved, I will handle the actual send through our ESP.
