Instantly CRM Email Automation Specialist

I run all outbound through Instantly and now want to push our email activity further by wiring the tool into a lightweight automation-friendly CRM. Your job is to take the campaigns I have sketched out and turn them into fully automated sequences inside Instantly, then make sure every reply, click, and deal stage is mirrored in the CRM so I can track pipeline without touching spreadsheets. Here is what I need from you: • Build or refine the Instantly workspace: sender rotation, warm-up checks, custom tracking domain, inbox tagging • Map the contact flow between Instantly and the CRM (I’m flexible on platform if you have a faster way) • Create the first live email campaign—copy will be provided—complete with conditional steps, A/B test, and automatic follow-ups • Set up reporting so I can see open, reply, and booked-call rates at a glance • Document the workflow in a short Loom or PDF so my team can maintain it I’ll provide domain access, existing lead lists, and creative assets the moment we start.
