Estoy diseñando un dispositivo médico de tamaño reducido que debe mantener una temperatura interna muy estable. Necesito que desarrolles un sistema de control automático compacto (hardware y firmware) capaz de: • Medir la temperatura con precisión clínica, gobernar un actuador (resistencia, Peltier o similar) mediante un lazo PID y almacenar de forma continua el historial en memoria interna o tarjeta micro-SD; el registro de datos es el requisito adicional imprescindible. El espacio disponible es mínimo, así que cada componente debe venir en versión SMD y la electrónica debe funcionar con una sola fuente de 3,3 V – 5 V. Valoro que propongas sensores digitales de alta resolución (p. ej. MAX31865, PT100, o alternativas) y microcontroladores de bajo consumo como STM32, ESP32 o equivalente; si manejas otros chips y demuestras la misma precisión, también es válido. Entrego las especificaciones térmicas detalladas en la contratación. Espero como resultado: 1. Esquema eléctrico y lista de materiales. 2. Diseño de PCB listo para fabricación (Gerber + pick-and-place). 3. Firmware completo con algoritmo de control, autocálculo de PID y función de logging en formato CSV. 4. Guía rápida para integrar el módulo en mi placa principal y para extraer los datos. La solución se considerará aceptada cuando, en la prueba de laboratorio, mantenga la temperatura dentro de ±0,2 °C del punto de consigna durante 30 min y el archivo de registro muestre cada muestreo sin pérdidas.
