I’ll turn your pencil drawings into clean AutoCAD, run the structural calcs, and deliver a permit‑ready set. I can also coordinate an Idaho PE stamp for submittal. i would like to know the below. 1) Which Idaho city/county AHJ will review, and are they on 2018 or 2021 IRC/IBC (ASCE 7‑16)? Any truss package planned? 2) What do you already have: site plan, soils report, key dims/elevations, framing intent, and target snow load/wind exposure? I think we should. - Lock snow, wind, and seismic early to avoid AHJ redlines and rework. - Use a simple CAD layer/plot standard so future edits stay quick and clean. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I convert your sketches to DWG with correct scale, layers, and title blocks. 2) I design foundation, gravity, and lateral systems and compile clear calcs. 3) I draft S‑series sheets and coordinate with truss notes and architectural plans. 4) I address AHJ comments fast and arrange the Idaho stamp, PDFs, and DWGs.
