You do not need to know everything above but should be good with at least two categories (php, html etc). This will be long term, lucrative relationship.
We have many projects and would start you off with some small projects (10-20 hours per week) and then grow with your performance, gradually.
We are looking to pay starting with $8-10 per hour and move up to $10-12 per hour within the first six months. There will be gradual increase with time.
