LED light with dusk to dawn operation(with 12V solar panel) of 12W/15W/18W/24W with following dimming features
1. PIR Sensor Mode (Panasonic P/N-EKMC1603111) 12Mtr range
A. When PIR Sensor senses it should be 100% bright
B. After 2 Min of active sense it should come down to 30% brigtness
2. Time Mode
When battery is fully charges, after dusk it should operate for 6 hours at 100% brightness, after 6 Hrs it should operate at 50%
