ECG Signal Processing

I am doing ECG HRV analysis using [login to view URL] I am having problem in finding the power spectrum and area in it. I have done the experiment on myself to acquire the data. I have calculated the RR peaks interval and evenly sampled it. Then I need to calculate the power spectrum and total power in the certain frequency ranges. Also, the data needs to be cleared from outliers and some digital filtering needs to be performed. Kindly get in-touch for budget and more questions ?
