Surface water control, supply and drainage of Ormansag, Hungary (Drava river catchment area)

The need is a Team Leader, a Director over the Designing Tasks (conceptual, permitting and detailed designs) of a surface water supply-and-retention project. Total project catchment area is 52.000 ha on SW of Hungary. About 135 sites, facilities (water pumping, displacements, small dams, water level monitoring and control units, new channels, ditches, reservoirs). The designing tasks are to be carried out by about 10 different designer sub-contractors (hydraulic, civil works, mechanical, control engineering, etc..). The Candidate's task is to manage the designing process, to ensure the integration of designing works, application of unified, cost sensitive solutions, facilitating the construction terms and conditions. Estimated time scale is 1 year. Start June 2017.
Preferable graduation is M.Sc in Water/ Hydraulic Engineering, experience at least 10 years of design
