We are seeking a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 5 hours per week. The work will include the following:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendar
- Handle financial matters such as expense reports
- Communicate through iMessage and whatsapp
- Conduct online research
- must enter conference calls and add me in after.
Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar and similar technology
