Conducting Skype Interviews

I am looking for an assistant to help acquire and conduct interviews over Skype (or other video messaging platform) for an information product I am creating. This job will involve reaching out to those in the target industry to find those willing to be interviewed and then conducting and recording the interview (30-45mins) over Skype. The ideal candidate will be very familiar with the role of a Physician Assistant (PA) here in the United States, and have general familiarity with the application process for academic healthcare programs. I want to build a collection of interviews from people involved in the application, admission and decision making process for PA programs in the US, preferably those on admissions committees or course directors/other prominent faculty from these PA programs, or other PAs who have participated in such roles in the past. The ideal candidate will: - Speak English fluently - Be willing/able to generate their own leads in the target community by phone or email - Be able to schedule interviews respecting the time of those you interview - Have the ability and know-how to record your interview video (preferably) or audio (if no other options exist). Troubleshoot before the interview begins! - Be willing/able to conduct said interviews in whatever professional environment you have access to - Be able to follow the guidelines provided (what questions we want answers to) while making the interview feel natural and letting the interviewee explore topics as they desire. Be able to guide the conversation in a productive manner. - Deliver recordings of interviews in a timely fashion I prefer to pay a flat rate per completed interview delivered. This will most likely be higher than your hourly rate. Please message me how much per interview you feel would be fair and we can discuss further. I am also prepared to let you offer an honorarium to those you interview as an incentive for them.
