Hello, We are a VoIP Company and we are looking for a customer service and support team, We are looking to hire at least 2 to 4 employee. Below are the requirements. -Speak and Write English and Spanish. -Good Customer Service and support -hardworking - Good telephone etiquette - Experience in a call center. - Take Inbound phone calls -Make Outbound Phone Calls - have a Stable connection and backup -have an Polycom IP Phone - Can work from 9am-10pm Eastern Time. (2 shift rotation, have to work 5 to 8 hours daily) We are willing to pay $1.00 to $2.00 for the first 3 months. a rise would be giving after the 3 months trial period. I have been with the Call Center Industry (Both Technical and Customer Service) and in Level 3 positions (Customer Service Manager, Accent and Conversational English Supervisor, Quality Analysis Supervisor) for 8 years already and I believe that with the job description mentioned in this job posting, we are required to speak with customers from the United States as well as customers from different countries outside from where they call home.
