We are a Short Term Rental management company distributing our listings on Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, [login to view URL] and our own booking site.
We are looking for a reliable, attentive, customer-centric and business-oriented customer service/virtual assistant to join long term.
Basic requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Spanish is a plus.
Reliable broadband internet connection
Reliable windows machine, Preferably Mac
Reliable smartphone, Preferably iPhone
Proficient in G Suite
Proficient in Word and Excel, Preferably Pages and Numbers.
Available from 7 AM to 10 PM US Pacific Time 6 days/week
&
Able to be sporadically available and active during those hours to answer customer questions as they come in. Real cumulative work of 3-6 hours/day
Have an eye for detail
Capacity to understand abstract concepts
Good math skills
Able to use multiple apps/programs simultaneously.
