I need a customer support guy who can answer tickets on my behalf. He should be able to resolve tickets by learning the products, its limitation, issues and bugs.
I Might need 2 hours per day for 6 days in a week. English should be top notch along with polite way of talking.
I am looking to spend not morethan $100 a month on this. (Just 2 hours a day, Sometime it can be 3-4 hours depending on load, sometimes 1 hour.. but it will be managed with other days by less/more hours)
Some days, ticket will be very less and some days it will 80+.
Timings would be CST for 5 days and rest can be flexible as far as all tickets are answered within 12 hour time frame.
