1- Do you have or can you get access to a Windows PC computer? Do you have Microsoft Office for Windows? I do have both, and I'm ready to use them for whatever necessary. 2. A few of our clients are in the public health sphere and provide a range of reproductive health services, including safe abortion. Would you have any objections to working on these clients' projects? Absolutely no problem, I'm myself a supporter of the right to a safe abortion. 3. Are you willing to spend up to 2 hours taking our paid skills tests? Since I'm doing no other freelancing job at the moment, I'd be ready to spend any time necessary on it. 4. With the understanding that you will be afforded maximum flexibility so long as clients are served and deadlines are met, what hours do you typically work / are you reachable? After 12:30 in the afternoon, I'm able to work at any moment. 5: I would probably focus on vocabulary. The fact that they can use a simple wording is likely to mean a higher understanding of a text, than that of someone who needs to use the exact words they've read, or a more complex wording. In other words, I would test their ability to explain concepts "like they're five". So a possible test would be, for example, to explain concepts from the book without using certain words, or put a low limit on the amount of words they can use in their explanations.

Hi, I'm John, I recently retired as an Instructional Media Specialist from General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in Orlando, FL and I'm eager to take on some challenging work from home. I received my M.E. in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Central Florida (UCF) while I was Producer/Director for the Instructional Resources Department of that university. Over the last 2 decades I have progressed from the Adobe Production Suite to the Creative Cloud and I am most proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Audition. I'm currently working on a project in the Unity 3D Game Design program and recording voice-overs for projects in the US and abroad. You can hear samples of my voice at www.narration.net. At GDIT we used a proprietary eLearning program called eTrain, but I have used several tools in the past like Captivate and I am very sure I could learn the new tools. Our entire Unity project team works online with a tool called Trello and I'm confident that I could quickly adapt to Slack and the Sonata Learning development process. I don't have a time requirement and part-time, full time or anything in between is acceptable. Please consider my skill inventory and let me know if you would like to view my resume. Thank you for your time.
