Looking for a Thai-English Translator for a long-term Dissertation project.

I am in Bangkok for one year, and I am searching out a translator who can work with me for the entirety of the year to help me complete my doctoral dissertation in music. The work would involve aiding translation in recorded interviews (you would not be on video, but likely on recording), traveling to help with fieldwork (likely only the BKK area, although my fieldwork will take me across Thailand, including the Isaan region, Chiang Mai, and the south), and possible also translating some documents (academic-level Thai). The dissertation focuses on music and sport across Thailand, and the intersection they have with the international tourism industry. For the most part, I am looking for someone available late-afternoons and evenings (e.g., 5 PM-10 PM). This project will be extensive, but I am hoping I can find someone who is willing to work with me on price to make it affordable in the long-term. I don't wish to undercut anyone, but if there's a way I can trade my services (videography, English-language skills, web design, audio recording/engineering) or find a means to lessen the cost of translation, that'd be great! I'd likely be looking for about 3-5 hours per week in services, based around the Khanna Yao area, Phra Nakhon, Pathum Wan areas, and possibly out by Nakhon Pathom as well.
