Technical report proofreading and good formatting style 3500 words

Hello there, I am looking for an expert in proofreading a technical report and making it a lot better in formatting. The technical report will not be attached until I choose a freelancer and we both agree. Requirements are: Proofreading 3000 words. Add numbers to figures and tables and add subheadings. Checking the references are correct and according to Harvard style. When doing a proofreading please use a 3rd party not I. Make the size of the figures good and add a framework to make it looks better and attractive. Add an automated table of contents. At the end of the task you will kindly have to read around 800 words only to make sure I have answered the question. Formatting. All figures and tables must be properly labelled and captioned. All pages must be numbered. Formatting must be consistently applied throughout the submission. Submissions that stray from this guidance may be penalised. Referencing. You are strongly advised to use a reference management system such as Endnote Web. You must follow the Harvard referencing standard. Citation and referencing errors may be penalised. Coherence. A poorly worded report will hide excellent content. The narrative should be easy to read and arguments should be presented coherently and convincingly. Ensure that you spell check the submission, use a grammar checker and ensure that you proof read your work prior to submission. Spell/grammar checkers must be set to UK English, do not use ‘Americanised’ spellings.
