J’organise un festival culturel destiné principalement à un public adulte et je souhaite y intégrer trois axes innovants : • des interactions numériques engageantes, • des performances en direct mémorables, • et une série d’ateliers créatifs participatifs. Je cherche une personne capable de concevoir et de coordonner l’ensemble de ces volets : de l’idéation des concepts interactifs jusqu’au suivi logistique le jour J. Vous devrez : – proposer un fil rouge créatif qui relie technologies interactives, performances scéniques et ateliers ; – établir un planning clair (phase de pré-production, installation, déroulé des activités, démontage) ; – identifier les ressources techniques et humaines nécessaires (équipements numériques, artistes, animateurs) ; – prévoir des solutions pour mesurer et optimiser l’engagement du public adulte tout au long de l’événement. Une expérience avérée dans la production de festivals ou d’événements culturels innovants, la maîtrise d’outils interactifs (mapping, RFID, applications mobiles, etc.) et un réseau d’artistes ou de médiateurs seront de véritables atouts. Je privilégie une approche collaborative : faites-moi parvenir vos références liées à des interactions numériques, des performances live ou des ateliers créatifs, ainsi que votre méthode pour transformer ces idées en une expérience cohérente et captivante.
