I need a seasoned LED technician onsite in Philadelphia from the 7th through the 9th to handle the complete setup and installation of our LED display panels for a busy trade-show booth. You’ll be responsible for unloading, assembling, rigging, cabling, and configuring the panels so they look perfect before the doors open each morning. Because we are only running the display panels—no video walls or architectural lighting—the focus is on precise alignment, signal routing, color calibration, and a quick hand-off to our content operator. Dismantling after the show is not required; our house crew will take care of that. What I need from you is a confident professional who can walk in, get the panels up fast, troubleshoot on the fly if anything flickers, and then remain on-call for minor tweaks during rehearsals. Please confirm your relevant trade-show or live-event experience with LED display panels and let me know what tools or spares you typically bring to site. Deliverable: a fully operational, visually flawless LED display ready for audience viewing no later than one hour before doors open on each show day.
