70th Birthday Bash Planning

I need assistance in organizing my 70th birthday celebration. The event will take place at my home, and I need help with the following: - Creating and sending simple, minimalist paperless invites. Event details only, with personal photos. - Planning and managing a brunch for 30, including kids. Options could be a graze table or curries in bay maries. - Organizing catering for 100 guests. I am conflicted between an afternoon into evening dropin or stay as long as you like or an evening party My dress I want to wear is long and formal but I wouldnt want guests to feel any pressure Looking for someone experienced in event planning and project management, with strong organizational skills. It is very much dependent on how much this help would cost. I have a budget of about $1,000 for the whole thing incl food ,invite etc I have a family member who does grest photos
