We are looking for experienced freelance event producers to take on new projects. Core Competencies: - Budget Creation, Forecasting, and Management - Project Timeline / Workflow / Traffic Management - Contracts - Sponsorships - Vendor Relationship Management - Registration Set-Up and Lead Generation - Event planning, design and production within time limits - Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. - Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations - Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities - Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day - Proven experience as an events planner or organizer - Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (meetings, parties, corporate events) - Excellent time management and communication skills - Willing to submit references from previous clients Event / Program Expertise: - Mobile Tour - Film Tour - Speaker Series Tour - Trade Shows - Conferences / Summits - Branded Activations - City Pop-Up Activations - Multi-Touch Marketing Campaigns including physical activation and digital marketing components - Social Media Influencer Campaigns [login to view URL]
