Experienced programmer for Excel macro workbook to be completed

Excel workbook VBA programming to be completed, the previous freelancer has done 90% of the job and unfortunately contact with him has been lost. If you perform per expectations you will also be hired for future projects of mine. The file hasgone through 18 + versions from 2 freelancers, so I need an experienced VBA programmer who can quickly debug and find how to fix minor problems. Some VBA windows have hundreds of lines. Experienced programmer is a must. There are three main modules and 5 userforms and also around 4-5 sheets, which are coded. There are many details which I will need to show the new freelancer over by skype but I can make a video which will be easier for you to review. To be clear, I do not pay for skype time - I pay for the job itself to be well done. Also I am very detail-oriented and the new file must be exactly as I want it to be - as per specifications in the video. If there is something that you did at 95% of what I expected, then you must complete it to 100% of what I want. If during the testing I find that I need a new feature - we will add it as a new cost. Discussions will be over team viewer and/or skype. Most freelancers I worked with seem to lack passion in their work. They do the bare minimum required and are mostly lazy and often I find errors in their work. Work ethic - before starting any requirement - all critical changes asked must be in written form and acknowledged by both parties before starting. Pricing - I do not accept freelancers who bill me after completing the project. We must agree on a reasonable price estimate before we start the requirements. If you are not able to find an estimate, then look through each requirement and look at the code and if you are not able to estimate your time of work then I am not interested. The reason for the above is very simple - too many freelancers abuse their power in choosing the price over the work they do on macros. If you are honest, reasonable, there should not be any problems. However we will abide by my rules as I am the one paying you. Time - We must agree on a time completion. The previous freelancer took 35 days to complete what I wanted to be done in 7 days. The main reason was his unavailability. My time limit for this project is 7 to 10 days - firm. This includes the weekend. If you have time problems then please don't waste your bid. We will also agree that if the project is not completed within the time frame, I will have a discount for each day there is a delay. I've attached the last version of the file below. As proof - you don't have to send me back the file, a short video of the file proving you fixed it - will be enough. Introduction to the test problem : When using "Add/Delete account" button, it adds an account in sheet ALL or ALL 2, or in any other newly created sheets. The added account is added between columns C and the column of the last account. Please try the "Add/Delete account" button yourself and see how it works. The function asks you where you want to add the account and you place the cursor anywhere on row 8 - between column C and the last account column +1. So if you want to add an account at the end of all accounts in sheet ALL, then you would click on "Add/Delete account" and click on cell AI8. The test problem: You can test this on ALL and ALL2 sheets, but you will notice that the column width of some accounts are not being sized properly. Also the TOTAL column is being sized wrongly. The macro is supposed to make sure that after adding/deleting an account, that columns are being sized properly. I will attach below a picture showing this (Before and after photo). I've set a range for hourly salary, depending on your experience and skills and time to fix the issues.
