You will be given a list of about 1500 hospital names in India What you need to do is as follows:
1. Find the name, designation and contact email id and telephone number of the following people in the hospital
a) The Directors or owners
b) Hospital Adminsitrator
c) Medical Director or Medical Superintendent
You will locate the person's email id and telephone number and include that in the excel sheet that you will send back to me.
The excel sheet that you send will have the following columns
1. Name of the hospital
2. Address of the hospital
3. City
4. website url
5. Telephone numbers
6. hospital email id
7. Director Name
[login to view URL] designation- Owner/chairman/CEO/MD etc
9. Director Email id and telephone number
10. Hospital Administrator Name, email id, contact number ( in 3 columns)
11. Medical Director/Medical Superintendent Name, email id, contact number (in 3 columns)
You will send the updated sheets back to me on a daily basis of completed records so that we can do our telephonic calls based on the information that you give.
You will be given a total of 1500 such hospital names Please quote the price for completing all 1500 records and indicate the lowest amount of days you will take to complete the project. This is a rush project
Project will be awarded only to those who complete a test sample and send an excel sheet with the above information for the following hospitals
