Hi, Went through your requirement, and understand what you need really is a pricing calculator/ estimate builder. From my experience in the past, there are a few learning which I can briefly describe 1> Ideally pricing sheet, should be build using excel user forms. This prevent erroneous entry of data (With normal excel sheet, there are times when you enter wrong data in fields and it messes with the final output 2> Inbuilt calculation: Pricing sheet make life easier for users when they have inbuilt relationship to certain inputs (hypothetically say you need 1 liter of pain for every 10*5 feet of fencing). So if you put your fencing as 25*5, ideally the tool should automatically calculate the pain cost 3> Ability to change base cost/margins: Makes it easier to change the cost of raw material or labor, or change margins (margins in winters may be less than summers etc) 4> Printout Friendly: Final estimate is printout friendly or can be converted to PDF and mailed to customer 5>Custom built: Including your company Logo There are multiple other features which I have added in the past.
