Based on the provided job description, Sheet 1 will have a list of email addresses and their associated details such as name, date and time of scheduled emails. The Emails sheet will have a button that sends out emails automatically.
Sheet 2, labeled Email Templates, will have a list of subject lines and bodies for each email, with placeholders for dynamic fields. Each body email will start with "Hi [name]", and before sending an email, the [name] variable needs to be changed with the corresponding first name from Column A of Sheet 1.
The delay between the first and second email will be inputted into the Email Template sheet in cell C2. In addition, Cell H2 will contain the delay between email 1 and 2, and 2 and 3, while cell H1 will be labeled as Time Delay.
