I have an American accent and Angelic voice that I use to get more sales, calm customers and resolve issue quickly. My role as Customer Service: 1. I handled and took customer complaints and resolve it in a timely manner. 2. I answer inquries about billing disputes, reason of explanation and process payments. 3. Save customer by properly buliding rapport, use of AER technique, highlight the features , advantage, benefits of our products/services and provide possible offer available to avoid cancellation. 4. I answer calls for those prospect that wants to acquire services and offer them the FAB of the service, promotions available for new customer and provide contract or agreement for 24 months. I also schedule them the Technician for HP, Internet and TV acquisition. 5. Report complaints form customer with other agents. 6. Supervise team of 15 agents by weekly coaching and call listening to improve their KPIs and hit Global Target. 7. Email and Phone Management 8. Daily and Weekly Meeting with the Operations Team.
