I need a solid, repeatable process for passing my manually-qualified leads from a daily-updated sales spreadsheet into Google Ads as offline conversions. Here is the current landscape: • Data source: a single sales spreadsheet updated every day. • Fields already captured for each lead: lead name, contact details, lead source and status. What I’m missing is the technical glue that turns those rows into verified offline conversions inside Google Ads. I want the full workflow configured, tested and documented so that: 1. Every row that reaches a defined “qualified” or “won” status triggers an offline conversion upload that Google Ads recognizes. 2. The process works even though the sheet does not currently store purchase data; adding the necessary identifiers (phone, email) and timestamp mapping must be part of the setup plan. 3. Uploads can be run daily without manual re-formatting—CSV import, Google Sheets add-on, Google Ads API or any equally reliable method is acceptable so long as it is hands-off once built. 4. The final result is visible in the Google Ads UI with correct campaign, ad group and keyword attribution. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) - Updated spreadsheet template with required Google Ads match fields clearly labelled. - Working import mechanism (script, API routine or automated sheet add-on) scheduled for daily runs. - Step-by-step hand-off document so I can maintain or scale the process later. - One live test demonstrating that a newly qualified lead appears in Google Ads as an offline conversion and attributes back to its original click. Tools likely involved include Google Ads offline conversion import, Google Sheets, Apps Script or the Google Ads API, and possibly Tag Manager for capturing GCLIDs—use whatever combination you feel is most stable.
