We transfer product from one store location to another.
We need a google sheet that will allow a manager to request quantities of goods to be transferred, and following the data entry by the manager, a new sheet will be generated showing the items to be shipped. This shipping list should only show the items with a 1 or greater quantity ordered. Shipping list should be a new sheet inside a workbook.
A summary of items ordered for a monthly - period should be updated each time the employee creates a new order.
1) Output Data
After entering data
a) a new sheet should be generated including all items, where a quantity was defined. The output should summarize item, ordered quantity and price of ordered item under the respective category.
Items, which were not selected, should not appear in this report.
2) Further the total for Coffee – 5110, Tea – 5115, Hard Goods – 5120, Beverage Supplies – 5130 and Foods – 5140 should be calculated.
b) This spreadsheet should be saved with output date in a defined folder (“Order Forms”) OR as a dated sheet within that workbook.
c) if possible, an email should be send to defined persons including spreadsheet generated for (A)
3) d) Another sheet should be generated displaying a summary of this data entry by month (January, February) and yearly summary should be also displayed. The keyword you need is coffee. All data generated at a later time should be added for the respective month. It should be possible to revise these data.
e) the input data should be reset, that it is ready to be filled out for the next week
