Hi, I am new freelancer and a junior web developer, but I actually started programming with google sheets to improve the efficiency and the life of my husband's family business, they are not very prone to computers, so I had to make a very special sheet to adapt to them, as simple as possible to use and yet as automated as was needed so I actually have a lot of experience with google sheets, it's formulas and it's scripts. By what I have seen in your video, the sheet and others's bids, I think everyone is thinking it's quite simple, but I have notice that you or someone with at least some knowledge has made the sheet, so it's actually not that simple. 1- The problem is that you don't know at which row number the final occupied (with the finish time) row will be, so a simple sum won't work, I have done something a like with script, but if you want with formula I have though of a way that will need some change to the sheet. 2- Even without the parallels I don't know any way it can be done with formulas without using the cell in question, but that would decrease the sheet's dynamic, so I would advise a script, more precisely one that is trigger by changes in the sheet, so every-time you add a new duration it will actualize the time in the next rows. 3- The move button, there is no other way besides a script here, but I can make a button that triggers the move of all occupied rows, and fix anything needed for the next day, or something alike.
