Currently use Google sheets for my company but need to organize it better. First column A is status, column B is Representative Name, column C is name of customer, column D is the date the customer was added, column e is blank, Column F is marketing source, column G is amount of column from J -AO that we color green Column H is amount of columns J-AO that we calculate Red. This is a shared Google sheets which can only be edited by admin although all representatives of our company can view it. What I need is filters so each representative can from a drop down select there name and only there deals will show up, and filters that if column A is colored red we can filter all the reds or all the greens and so on. Once the right person is selected I can show a sample of how the spreadsheet is now so it will be easier to explain.
