Matching In-exact Address Information From Two Files - ML

The purpose of this project is to match google place address (column F) rows from one file (file #2) with valid addresses (column B) located in a second file (file #1). The problem is that these addresses won't always match identically due to address normalization issues. The project is to go through file 2 (either manually or programmatically) and determine if each row matches an address in file 1. IF it does, you will enter that address ID from File 1 into Column B of File 2 and the Address from File 1 into column C of File 2. The deliverable is completeness of File 2. It won't always be 100% of the rows have a match. But .. I want everything that can be matched matched. Remember, these will often NOT be a direct match, so this requires some attention programmatically or manually. Thank you
