Hi, If you have your letters in Word document (or Excel file), then we can write a script to add letterhead to each word, then saving them as pdf and based on list of emails you have (in Excel) we can send those PDF file via gmail (However for sending email, you need to have Office 2016 or above and it should be based on Windows office not mac).
