Need help with excel gantt chart

Building a gantt style schedule for airports as a tool to develop required manpower to service the aircraft. Horizontal axis on top is time from 5 am to midnight. Then gantt style bar for each flight, length of the bar is determined by time on ground (departure-arrival time). Inside bar is two letter airline code, equipment type, three letter destination airport code. The info inside the bar is what I am having trouble with.
