E-commerce company looking for responsible and detail oriented fulfillment/operations manager for a busy shopping season. ORDER FULFILLMENT / Shopify + Etsy Management Creating labels for international orders Sending labels to the warehouse Working with Trunk creating bundles Processing refunds Checking of every order (Contents, Availability, Notes) Communicating with management in a timely manner with the management Reserving items for collaborations/requests Etsy order fulfillment (Unserting tracking number) Communicating with the warehouse on case of a problem/issue/delay Coordinating inventory across platforms Making sure there are no sold out-out of stock products Managing SKUs Creating ASN receivings Tracking orders Making sure there is enough packaging material in stock Handling returns Handling exchanges Making sure website information is up to date SKILLS: Accuracy Selfstarter Detail oriented Problem solving Managing small tasks Attention to Detail Inventory Monitoring Actions Decision Making Troubleshooting Organizational Written Communication Verbal communication Please, provide a detailed cover letter and include relevant experiences from your past projects.

I have more than 5 years of experience working as a VA for many successful international online stores including shopify and I can be handy with the following: * Answering emails effectively. * Creating labels using third party automation softwares or manually and sending them to warehouse. * Processing orders. * Processing returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations etc. * Communicating with supplier about inventory and stock issues. * Making sure there are no sold out products. * Adding tracking numbers to Shopify manually. * Adding order number to backend if it's not synced correctly or to some other software where necessary. * Choosing best and economical shipping method at the time of processing. * Adding tracking number and details onto orders manually or onto any other e-commerce platform. * Adding processed orders to google sheets or anywhere as told to. * Choosing different suppliers if the existing supplier has discontinued the product.
