Real estate analysis and presentation

Managing Director of company needs a part-time real estate Analyst to assist with pro-forma modeling, valuation, and presentation of residential and commercial real estate opportunities in the United States.
The candidate will provide the first level of analysis of real estate opportunities as they are originated by the team. Analyst will be sent opportunities as they are originated, expected to analyze their viability and report back with recommendation to the Managing Director.
This will require gathering data, entering it into financial models, manipulating financial models. The other part of the job will be creating investor presentations using the data from the analysis, in Powerpoint.
Must be able to build and employ MS Excel models of various complexity for projects ranging from long-term buy and hold multi-family deals to ground-up / build-to-lease and build-to-sell projects.
