The previous assistant made a mess of the job. She collected SOME of the correct information, but left out most of the last names. and provided middle names, which I don't want. In Column A of the file we want the first name and the last name, with only one space between each word. Column B should have the tile and first name of the Member. On the website Hon is short for The Honourable. Delete the 2nd name. Column C is the last name. On the website, this is presented first, in italics bold. The previous assistant missed them entirely. Column D is the portfolios held. Ignore this. Column E is the email, already collected but not checked. Column F is where you note the result of your check. Is it the same as the website?
