Sorting/organizing data on Excel

For my project I need to organize information on the ecological footprint and biocapacity of 30 different countries which I randomly selected. All of the data for each country's biocapacity and ecological footprint from the years 1990-2013 is located on the excel workbook titled "EF and Biocapacity per country". I need help with transferring that information to the workbook titled "GDP PPP data" so that I may analyze it. I have already set up the framework, and I have already done a color-coded example of what I need done. I simply don’t have the time right now to sort it myself. Please do not change any formatting or extra work that is not specified below. Below are the detailed instructions: In the workbook titled "EF and Biocapacity per country", there are thirty different tabs on the bottom (from "Ireland" to "Congo Dem. Rep."). As Ireland has already been partially completed, please look now at its corresponding tab. Under the column titled “Record” you can distinguish if the data is for ecological footprint ("EFConsPerCap") or Biocapacity ("BiocapPerCap"). Please copy the numerical data under the columns titled "Built-up Land", "Carbon", "Cropland", "Fishing Grounds", "Forest Products", "Grazing lands", and "Total" for each year for both ecological footprint and biocapacity and paste it into their corresponding tabs in the document titled "GDP PPP data". For example, in the tab “Ireland” in the workbook titled "EF and Biocapacity per Country", I copied the data ("built-up land" to "Total") for biocapacity in the year 1990 (green). I then went to the workbook titled “GDP PPP Data”, opened the tab titled biocapacity, and pasted it to the corresponding year and country. If you open the tab titled Ecological Footprint on that same workbook you can see that I did the same thing in red. Please do this for each year, for all thirty countries. Thank you.
