Design V-Neck Zip T-Shirt

The project centres on developing a V-neck zip t-shirt in a blended fabric that will be produced across all sizes. I already have a rough concept; what I now need is a complete, production-ready package—technical drawings, print-ready mock-ups, and a spec sheet that a factory can follow without second-guessing. Key requirements • V-neck opening with a neat, durable zip that sits flat against the chest • Mid-weight blended fabric (cotton-poly mix preferred for breathability and shape retention) • Pattern graded so the fit remains consistent from XS through 3XL • Stitching, taping, and seam details that minimise irritation and allow for repeated washing Deliverables 1. Detailed tech pack (measurements, construction notes, BOM) 2. Vector artwork and colourways in AI or PSD format 3. Factory-ready pattern files in DXF or PDF 4. 3D or flat mock-ups for marketing visuals Acceptance criteria • All files pass a pre-production check with my manufacturing partner • Sizing charts match standard US/EU measurements within a 3 mm tolerance • Zip placement and collar angle align with supplied reference sketches Please outline your approach, which software you’ll use (Illustrator, CLO, Gerber etc.), and the estimated turnaround time for initial drafts and revisions.
