Cross-Platform Mobile App Creation

I have an app concept that I’m ready to turn into a fully working product on both iOS and Android. At this stage I’m looking for an experienced mobile developer who can guide the entire build: refining requirements, creating a clean UI, coding a stable cross-platform core, and getting the finished binaries approved in both App Store and Google Play. Because the app will launch simultaneously on the two major platforms, I’d like to use a shared-code approach such as Flutter, React Native, or another framework you’re comfortable with—whichever gives the best balance of performance, maintainability, and future feature expansion.
