Required to Build a flutter Video/Image Picker and Stories like Instagram and timeline

We are looking for a flutter and UI developer to help our team in building the functionality for Stories and timeline upload similar to that of instagram. we have already built the social media application using flutter. we have a backend developer who builds using Node.js and the API are connected using Graph-QL. So you have to also have an experience using Graph-QL Please chat me up. The application is already on Google Play. Trim Video : Trim video to selected length ( with interactive UI and thumbnail scroll ) 2. Crop: Crop Selected video desired aspect Ratios . 3. Compress: The picker should be able compress video/images into smaller sizes ( compression level( quality) should be dynamic) 4. Thumbnaii (video): the should be able generate images thumbnails ( images) from videos and return them; 5. The Picker should be able to add Filter Effects. Eg Black&White, Sepia, 6. The Picker should allow for adding of regular effects, Brightness, Saturation , Contrast, Vignette 7. The Picker should be able to enable/ disable audio (Video) 9. The Picker should allow for Overlaying of Text, Emoji, & Graphics(SVG, GIFS, PNG)
