White-Label Multi-Tenant Retail SaaS

I’m building a subscription-based, white-label SaaS where every retailer receives a fully branded Android and iOS app plus its own cloud workspace. From a single super-admin dashboard I want the power to spin up unlimited tenant apps, set their plans, and monitor usage, while each retailer manages day-to-day operations in a private admin panel. Core scope • Multi-tenant architecture that isolates data yet runs on one codebase. • Role-based access control: Super Admin → Retailer Admin → Customer. • Flutter front-end for customer-facing mobile apps and retailer web panel. • Backend in either Laravel or Node.js with REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time notifications, and secure multitenant DB design. • Features per tenant: customer login, inventory, billing & invoicing, CRM, promotions/notifications, and rich reports. • One-click branding (name, logo, colors, splash screen) for each generated mobile build. Deliverables 1. Technical architecture diagram and database schema. 2. Production-ready backend with tenant management endpoints. 3. Flutter codebase that brands and compiles per retailer. 4. CI/CD scripts for automated app builds and store deployment. 5. Documentation and hand-off session. Acceptance criteria • Creating a new tenant from the super-admin instantly provisions a branded app build, unique subdomain, and isolated data tables/rows. • Retailer admin can invite staff, manage inventory, issue invoices, push offers, and view downloadable reports. • All API calls scoped to tenant; cross-tenant access is impossible. • System sustains at least 1,000 concurrent tenants with predictable performance.
